• Organising of educational programs, seminars, master classes, art workshops.
• Organising  of  information  programs, concerning the protection   of the natural and cultural environment, through the investigation,  registration   and   preservation   or art and culture works.
• Creation of a data reference basis for the Arts, Art archives and Art library.
• Through co-operations with art promotion organisations, is offering to artists     open   door   to  the International  art  markets and forums.
• Establishes educational  programs, art activities and practices in every   level   of   knowledge   and   for   every   age.
• Enters   and   applies   new   ideas   and   new   technologies to  the Art fields.
• Offers   exhibition spaces and the links for the exposition and promotion   of  art  works.
• Plans art exposition and promotion projects for artists from all over the world,  through  co-operations and art  and science  exchange clusters, looking forward   to the consolidation of the European and  International  Culture.
• Encourages new artists and scientists to visit the islands   Kefalonia and Ithaca and, in parallel to their artistic activities, to contribute to the investigation, meditation, registration of the historic, social, natural,  cultural characters of the islands.

The Institution is open to proposals   and  co-operations  with interested factors, schools, colleges, universities, institutions, organizations and clusters  in every  educational, science, research  and   art  field.
